Duane Stall, Vice President
Duane Stall is the forestry supervisor for Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He joined the city’s forestry program in 2001. Prior to Sioux Falls he spent 18 years in the Black Hills Area working in traditional forestry and urban forestry. During his time in the Back Hills Duane had a successful forestry contracting business, worked for the US Forest Service as a Technician, worked for Pope and Talbot on the timber crew and worked for SD Resource Conservation and Forestry Division as an Assistant District Forester.
Duane is a certified forester through the Society of American Foresters. Memberships include International Society of Arboriculture, Society of Municipal Arborists and SD Arborist Association. He holds a B.S. from Iowa State University in Forest Management and Pest Management.
